Delivery and Assembly Information
- At least two people will be required for assembly
- Delivery of this product is kerbside only
- This product will be delivered in a crate. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate
- Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires:
  - 2 x 16mm and 2 x 18mm sockets
  - 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm Allen keys (included)
  - Basic 16mm and 18mm spanners are included, but we recommend using some higher quality spanners/sockets as it is far easier to assemble with these
  - To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
  - Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line. Note that the 5kg sticker is to be applied to the top weight stack, connected to the pulley.
