Great Landmine!I bought this Landmine attachment to provide me with more variety and 'functional' strength/flexibility. I have attached mine to my Mirafit squat/bench rack. As a near 50 year old trainer I have added this to hopefully bring more fitness into my bodybuilding style training. These Landmines are incredible as there are a crazy number of excercises you can do using this small, inexpensive piece of equipment that doesn't take up any extra room. With this small addition you can do leg/shoulder/back etc training using great compound excercises that are really taxing in a good way to carry out. Some of the excercises are also potentially a fair bit safer for older trainers and those that train alone (me in both cases!) As a home trainer looking to have As wide a selection of potential excercises as possible this little beaut is a MUST HAVE! Highly recommended!

Silky smoothIt is a great quality landmine that offers silky smooth motion. Currently using bolted to a concrete garage floor, the installation was easy with M8 60mm shield anchor bolts (you'll have to get them separately, but very inexpensive). The option to use with 2" and 1" bars is a bonus.

Loads of funIt's an affordable and ergonomic way to expand the potential of your home gym. I've attached this to my squat rack. I tend to use this every workout to warm up, and to work the core. In theory, there's the potential to develop some power aside from the standard olympic lifts - Look up Landmine University or Phil Daru's landmine drills.
