Easy to construct - you'll need a torque wrench to tighten the nuts - and very smooth and safe in operation. Landmine pressing and rows are easy to do with a barbell held in place with this attachment. It looks great too and the bright colour is good for making it visible on the floor and less likely to trip over! One minor issue is that the screw that holds the attachment against the frame of the rack is too long and sticks out quite a bit inside the rack. I've managed to use it without the screw as the weight of the rack has held the attachment in place without moving but ideally a shorter screw would have been better.

I have the m230 adjustable squat and bench rack. Wasn't sure if it would fit but it's absolutely fine and works well.
