I've owned other bars but these are my favourite: the extension bar is a must if you want to progress to skills beyond dips and holds. The sturdiness and weight of these bars is excellent. Perhaps not the lightest but the best if you're serious.

Only used for dips at the mo. Think I will try back pullups from underneath and see if it works for legs as a brace, if doing any legs with resistence tubes. Feel the joining bar is needed.

These bars, are sturdy, solid and versatile. The connecting rod adds extra stability, on all of the width settings allowing a good range of exercises to be performed. Excellent buy.

Looked at a few different makes before buying these but wasn't sure. Decided on mirafit due to the quality of there products and I wasn't disappointed. Handle my 105kg no problem , really happy with them. Watch the youtube video before assembly and away you go.
