Used a couple of times so far, although it is mostly plastic it seems very robust and good quality and does not slip on my rubber gym mats. The rotation really improves push ups. Hoping that the small round non slip rubber pads on the bottom that make contact will last in the long term as if they come off it will probably make the product slip and slide.

I would strongly recommend these for anyone incorporating push ups into their programme, as the angles and support help from both an ergonomic and muscle engagement perspective. You'll get a lot out of this for a reasonable cost.

I am now attempting push ups which I generally hate. Starting really easy on my knees and will slowly build up my shoulder strength. These help , definitely. Good product.

My wrists always hurt doing push ups, only way round it was on fists.
Theses are ace, 6 month of daily use and up to 100 a day...no pain in wrists at all. Perfect. Few pals got them too now as well, we are all mid 50s...

Got these as my palms use to hurt when doi g normal push ups. This seems to have helped and can go lower on each rep. This was a must for me after using the weighted vest. A great buy
