The V-Handle Attachment is really well made apart from one thing which may just be down to my personal preference.
I found the round rubber ends on the hand grips very uncomfortable so I replaced them with round metal plates similar to the ones you see on most other tricep bars which made it much more comfortable. Fortunately this was easily done as they were a screw in fitment so it was simply a case of unscrewing and replacing them with some 100 x 3 mm metal discs I found online.
Again, this is my personal preference but it's made the bar absolutely spot on and it's extra width seems to take some of the stress off my elbows.
