I got this to use as a platform for landmine rows to give a better range of motion. Does the job well: Feels sturdy and not tippy atall, I was originally concerned that it wouldn’t be big enough for the job - but it’s actually the perfect size - and being compact means it doesn’t take so much space when stored away.
