Quality bit of kitDecided against a preacher machine due to space being at a premium in my home gym. So settled on this. Glad I did, because it is so easy to use and takes up no space whatsoever when not in use. It’s also versatile in the fact I can use it with my cable machine / dumbbells or z bar etc. As for the build quality, it’s made to be strong and take a bit of a beating while also being comfy to use. All in all it’s a quality piece of kit, one of the best additions to my gym. 10/10

Surprisingly sturdyVery sturdy, doesn't overly compress when under weight but still comfortable to use. Decently light, makes it easy to move about to get into the position you need.
