Cambered bar shape ideal for bench press and row exercises
Shape allows you to lower the bar to either side of your chest for an increased range of motion when bench pressing
Also ideal for rowing exercises including bent over rows and seal rows
Features three pairs of straight handles and a pair of close grip angled handles
Handles spaced at 15cm, 35cm, 55cm and 75cm apart for a range of narrow and wide grip exercises
28mm solid steel handles with knurling for improved grip
Black powder coated finish
Chrome sleeves for enhanced durability
Sleeves are fixed (non rotating) for increased stability while pressing
Rackable design suitable for use with all Mirafit power racks (M100/M200/M2/M3/M4) except the old M1 rack (too narrow internally)
Assembly requires a 17mm spanner and 6mm allen key (not included)
