- Adjustable seat height - 4 positions with 1" between each position
- Adjustable thigh pad height - 4 positions with 1" between each position

Like most things from mirafit, great quality. Ordered similar style from another uk company absolute garbage. From instructions, to labelling all relevant screws for convenience, really impressed yet again by their products.

Amazing value for money. I've been slowly adding to my home gym for the last year. The major thing I was missing out on was pulling movements, so this looked like a good solution. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Easy to put together, and excellent quality. A very practical and versatile piece of kit

This is one of my favourite purchases due to the ability to do a sitting row as well as the lat pull down. Assembly can take a while but afterwards it is really easy to use and switch exercises quickly. The pulleys move smoothly. I would say the ab crunch is not the best however this is made up for much more by the fact the row functionality is better than i expected.

This machine is very stable and robust, it’s so much better than my old one, i use this machine 3 times a week and wore my cheaper one out, this is really well made and runs so smoothly, it’s a quality product and looks great, nothing at all to fault with it, love the chunky seating and padding which provides loads of grip, you can do a good amount of different exercises on this as well.

Great cable machine....heavy frame..lots of accessories included.Smooth pulleys and dense pads and with the centre cable pull makes it an exceptional value item.

This pull down machine is fantastic, it was real easy to put together and it is very stable in use. It doesn’t use much space overall so it fitted in our home gym in the garage perfectly.

I bought this for a home gym where height is limited, it fits in perfectly and is really well made and sturdy. The instructions for assembly were really good and easy to follow. I use 28mm weight plates with it but they also send a 2” adapter. I’ve fitted some slightly smaller carabiners to my latch pull down bar just to give a little extra reach. But all in all as others have said, a game changing bit of kit, really happy with it.
