- Multi function home gym machine allows a wide range of exercises including pulldowns, rows, crunches, bicep curls, triceps pushdowns and many more
- Includes lat pulldown bar, straight bar and ab crunch attachments
- Lat pulldown bar stores at the top of the machine, out of the way when not in use
- Includes foot plates with anti-slip tread, ideal for seated rows
- Machine is compatible with standard 1" or Olympic 2" weight plates inc bumpers
- The weight poles are 1" but Olympic adaptors are also included
- Adaptors allow for use of Olympic weight plates and bumper plates
- Premium stainless steel slide rail for a smoother exercise motion
- Comfortable, high density foam pads with a textured wipe clean fabric for improved grip
- Seat pad features a cut out shape to reduce contact with cable with performing bicep curls
- Pre-drilled foot plates allow the machine to be bolted down if desired (floor fixings not included)
- Foot plate for standing on during bicep curls - required if machine is not bolted down
- Adjustable seat height - 4 positions with 1" between each position
- Adjustable thigh pad height - 4 positions with 1" between each position
- Black powder coated finish
- 1:1 cable ratio
- Compatible with a range of other cable attachments (available here)
- Relatively compact machine with a height that allows it to fit into most home gyms
- Please note that the height of the machine may reduce the range of motion for tall users. For a taller machine please see our M3 model.
