Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires 2 x 16mm spanners/sockets and a 5mm allen key
- The allen key and a basic univeral wrench are included but we do not recommend using the wrench as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets
- To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
