- Mirafit M3 Flat Bench Single Leg Conversion
- Convert one leg of your bench from the standard horizontal floor bar design to a single leg (as per our M3 powerlifting bench)
- This setup is generally favoured by users focussed on bench pressing as there is more room for feet with no floor bar in the way
- This conversion is available in two sizes according to the pad you have fitted to your bench:
- 24.7cm - for benches with our 11cm thick Ultimate or Ultimate Wide pad fitted
- 28.7cm - for benches with our 7cm thick Original pad fitted
- No additional bolts are necessary as this leg re-utilizes the existing bolts. Simply unbolt the original leg and bolt this one in place.
- 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel
- Includes handle for easy bench movement
- Thick rubber foot cap protects flooring
Mirafit M3 Flat Bench Single Leg Conversion
This Single Leg Conversion is a direct replacement for the standard floor bar on our M3 flat bench. Two heights are available according to whether your bench has either the original or ultimate pad fitted.

Bought this to convert my m3 bench to a power lifting bench. Absolutely rock solid and stable. Great bit of kit.

M3 bench is not stable with this leg and the other leg does not allow for proper foot placement.

Really glad Mirafit released this leg conversion for the m3 flat bench. Game changer when it comes to getting a good foot position.
