- Supplied with safety spotters including magnetic securing pins
- Pole set includes four long poles and two short poles
- Storage poles are in a choice of powder coated black finish or stainless steel
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- J-cup barbell rests with nylon liners to prevent barbell damage
- Suitable for a range of exercises including squats, bench press, pull ups and muscle ups
- Barbell rests feature nylon inner liners to protect the rack from scratching
- Sturdy 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with 10mm thick connection plates
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser cut number markings make it easy to select the perfect height for attachments
- 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a range of M4 attachments
- Durable PVC foot caps protect flooring from damage
- Grade 8.8 M16 bolts throughout
- Powder coated finish in black or orange colour
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or a 6ft international barbell. Please note that this rack is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Floor mounting plates are available here should you wish to bolt the rack down

Solid purchaseAfter some thought and consideration I decided to purchase this over some other half cages on the market. Anyone interested will not be disappointed. The construction is heavier than it appears in the pictures and inspires confidence on heavy lifts. If you are thinking if the weight storage is worth the extra money I would definitely recommend it. Easy to build, quick service. Not the cheapest no the market but the quality shows, certainly an example of getting what you pay for. Happy with my purchase, many thanks Mirafit, I will be back for more kit.

M4 Half RackWhat can i say, was pleasantly surprised at just how good this rack is both in terms of build and functionality. Basically this thing is 11 gauge 3 x 3 steel construction what looks to be a very durable matt black powder coat finish.Can easily get my bench in and out and set the spotter bars just right for a 6ft 1 guy with long arms. Pullup bar same thing full stretch with feet just on the floor. It's just a very nice half rack and well worth the asking price. The Laser cut markings as well as the westside barbell settings are just fantastic. The oversized J Cups seat the bar just nice particulary the safety squat ss 2 bar from Mirafit. I'm very picky when it comes to equipment this one ticks all my boxes, 2nd buy from Mirafit and yet again a very positive experience. ps the add on attachments are one of the reasons I bought this and look forward checking them out soon enough.
