Fantastic piece of equipment for anyhome/garage gym user .
Also choice of diameter attachment to your bar whether you have 1" or 2" bar there is the option for use can be used for viking press or bent over row

Well. What can I say. You need two spanners to be able to tighten this so it’s safe to use. They are not provided and neither does it say on the description that you will need these. Been sitting there for 3 weeks and unable to use. Will try ask a friend to see if I can borrow two spanners
