Bought this to help focus another tri exercise with obvious utility for biceps too. Nice bar, good weight and usual Mirafit quality finish. Love using this bar as the grips really help position the hands.

I like the grip angle being closer to natural than the traditional EZ bar I already have. I'm using it for curls and bench pressing, keeping my hands naturally positioned rather than fully twisted in or out when using a straight bar. The construction makes it a bit inconvenient to put on the barbell rack because of the pretty short spot right next to the separating ring, which is additionally shortened by the bolt-nut, and a bit risky to combine a shoulder press right after the curl because of the danger to hit your chin and/or teeth but the size and the price are making it pretty good price-value for your money.

I had a full size swiss bar that I used for close grip benchpress primarily. I gave it away due to limited space, and bought this instead. It's well built larger than a traditional tricep bar and perfect for exercises like the close grip benchpress I love it. Ideal for those with limited space.

I got this for skull crushers . Neutral grip is less stressful on the elbows, allowing for natural alignment. I'm really pleased with this tricep bar. I also use it for hammer curls and neutral grip pull ups ( set it high up on rack ) It can also be used for close grip bench and bent over rows. An excellent bar and a must for the home gym user.
