Recently injured my shoulder and back causing my shoulder to flare up when doing any pressing movements which was v frustrating. Did some research, bought this bar, and it's a game changer - I can now bench flat and incline with absolutely zero shoulder pain. Also works well for OHP, close grip, and skull crushers. Haven't tried for rowing or curls yet. Don't expect to be able to lift as heavy as before straight away, but you can expect a lot less discomfort. 10/10.

Never used one of theses bars before but now that I have - I have to say, brilliant. Always suffered with a niggling twinge in my shoulder when I bench, not anymore. Gradually building up to the weight I would normally do with a straight bar and so for so good. The multi position handles means great variation and in my own opinion a better all round workout.

This bar is really sturdy and grips feel good in the hand. I'm dealing with a hand injury and got it as the neutral grip is more comfortable, so far it seems to help. Sounds daft as it's advertised as 7 foot but it just seems HUGE. Paint on mine seems to chip fairly easy but it's not a big deal.
