This EZ bar has good angles etc. I have also rotated it round and used it for lat pull downs, which gives a less wide grip which can be beneficial. Most Mirafit stuff is good quality, even the cheaper handles feel well made for what they are and like they will last a long time, but the ultimate range of attachments definitely seem next level in terms of build quality. Some of them are quite heavy though, to the point where you feel like they need to be factored in to the amount of weight you are setting to lift!

With the rotation you can use this in so many ways, and creates more natural and comfortable movement.
As with all their ultimate range it is very well made, and will last a lifetime.
