Good leg stretcher. Bought after Id bought other gesr, as a why not get stretchy legs, for perhaps better cycling and less injuries from not stretching. Always now do a stretch regime and and use product. Item well made.

This is very good. First time was a bit tricky just getting the setting accurate, but once that is done I find it really good for teasing out an extra cm or so that you would not be able to achieve without this device. Well made and looks a bit like an instrument of torture, but it's not that if you use it carefully!

The sponge paddings are a bit thin and one of them was ripped.
One plastic end cap was loose and would come off easily.
Some paint had scraped off where the bars rubbed each other.
Its usable but would probably choose a different make now I've seen it.

Does what it says on the tin. Strong piece of equipment as always. Increases mobility in the hips. You'll be doing Jeanne Claude Van damme splits in no time.

Really enjoy using this. This really shows where you are tight and stretches the upper hamstring/flute/ adductors. I love it and use it daily. Have never concentrated on mobility until 2 years ago and I am improving so much. Helps with recovery.

For years I was going to buy these..and thought they were a waste of money..when I seen this for £25 I thought why no..so I bought it and use it most days..and it deffo wasn't a waste of money. Strong piece of equipment and I love using it.
