Bought this as my dumbbells are too light for one arm rows. Really is excellent allows me to really overload and get a really good ROM.

It’s well worth getting a handle to give you the extra range of motion and grip options. I use this handle several times a week and it’s great. I fits well, free to turn but doesn’t move much when in use. I have had no issues with it wearing my bar and the plastic handle provides good grip (same as the dip handles on my squat rack). It’s quite heavy and solid (maybe 2.5kg I’ve not weighed it) and I don’t think I could damage it even if I tried!

This is probably the first sub 5* review I've given a mirafit product, but the plastic grip slips while your using it (going to try hairspray - it works for mountain bike grips), and I also noticed in a few uses its taken the coating off the bar where it butts up to the end, so I will try and remember to pit a 1.25 plate on the bar first in future, just a shame the handle doesn't have a plastic facing. But all in all its great for the money and I've been loving mixing up with it.
