• West side hole spacing with one inch spacing in the bench press area and two inch spacing throughout allows for precise height adjustment of barbells rests and spotters
• Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
• J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
• Pin and pipe spotters provide safety whilst training
• 17mm hole size is compatible with a wide range of other Mirafit M3 power cage attachments available here
• Straight 32mm pull up bar is suitable for pull ups and muscle ups
• Setup includes landmine attachment which can be used with the weight bar to perform even more exercises. Checkout our range of compatible landmine handles here
• A pair of chrome weight storage poles are also included for the side of the rack, allowing plates to be conveniently stored when not in use
• The M3 adjustable bench features seven backrest and five seat adjustments, covering flat, incline and decline positions
• The M3 barbell weighs 20kg and features a knurled grip, rotating sleeves and eight piece needle bearings for smooth, reliable spin
• Quick release barbell collars are also included to secure the weights on the bar and allow for fast weight changes
• The bumper plates supplied with this package are our generation 2 bumpers which feature premium raised lettering and a bevel edge for easier handling

Delivery & Assembly

• This product is delivered in multiple boxes
• The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• Assembly instructions are included
• Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
• We recommend this rack is bolted down and this is essential when using certain attachments. Note that floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit available here
• The bar and plates will arrive with a light coating of lubricant which preserves them during storage. Please wipe this off before use or placing on any soft furnishings.
