• Rack features west side hole spacing with 1 inch spacing in the bench press area and 2 inch spacing throughout

• Laser cut numbers on rack uprights for easy adjustment
• 32mm pull up bar without knurling
• Grade 8.8 M16 bolts throughout
• 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a range of M4 attachments including weight plate storage poles
• Heavy duty foot plates which are pre-drilled with 13mm holes for bolting down to floor (floor bolts not included)
• Cable system allows for high and low cable functions
• Includes lateral pulldown bar and straight bar
• Row foot plates provide support and grip when doing rows
• Lat pull bar stores out of the way when not in use
• Compatible with a wide range of carabiner attachments
• Allows a range of exercises to be performed including seated rows, push downs and bicep curls
• Please note: The high attachment is only suitable for downward motion exercises such as lat pull down and triceps pushdowns. It is not suitable for forward motion exercises such as overhead triceps extensions
• Cable system features 24cm long 2" Olympic weight poles
• Nylon pulleys and stainless-steel guide rods provide a smooth motion
• Includes chains and carabiners, allowing the user to easily adjust the tautness of the cable
• Cable system is suitable for up to 150kg (75kg per pole)
• Note: To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the sliding section and rollers

• The courier may not deliver all the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us

• At least two people will be required for assembly
• Please note: tools required for assembly are not included
• Assembly requires 2 x 18mm and 2 x 24mm spanners/sockets
