I bought the m4 half rack with plate loaded pulleys. After months of searching for the right set up. Iv definitely made the right the disicion this thing is a beast super sturdy. I was a bit concerned that the plate loaded pulleys wouldn't be as good as a weight stack but to be honest they feel exactly the same so definitely worth saving and go for the plate loaded.
The rack was delivered in a couple of working days and 10 easily manageable boxes got delivered. Set up took me about 2 hours on my own instruction are clear and easy to follow. You need a 24mm spanner for the bolts. The pulleys system comes with its own basic tools.
I highly recommend the m4 rack. Great bit of kit

First up, worth bearing in mind that this is basically a fixed package made up of the 61cm deep M4 power rack, with front stabiliser bars, cable pulley system and safety spotters. I bought it on sale but worth pricing up the separate bits to make sure you're getting a good price.
I wen for this setup because I wanted something as sturdy as possible WITHOUT having to bolt it down. On that score, this does not disappoint. This thing is utterly rock solid. I have absolutely no doubt it can handle any weight that any human can throw at it and I'm entirely satisfied that there would be no detectable change in stability having it bolted down. Now, I suspect that's mostly true of the racks lower in the range, but it was important to me that it feels solid - so no vibration, rattles or wobbles. This ticks that box too.
I'm really happy with the cable system. I bought some different carabiner attached handles which allows me to do lat pull-downs, triceps pushdowns, cable curls and rows. I can't speak for the longevity of the set-up but like the rack, it looks like a solid piece of kit.
Minor point of order - the compatibility guide suggests this rack can't be used with a leg holder attachment (to keep you anchored when doing pull-downs). I queried this with Mirafit because, as it's the standard M4 with bolt-ons, I figured it should be compatible. They just went by what the guide said. I ended up ignoring them and bought the flip down spotters (which you need to attach the leg bar to) and the leg bar and can confirm the set-up does work and the guide is wrong.
Also worth bearing in mind the instructions for the cable installation could be better. Mirafit should do a video on this and add it to their extensive library of assembly videos. If you're handy then you'll figure it out.
All in all I'm delighted by this rack package. I have absolutely no doubt it will last longer than I will.
