Was unsure about spending this much on a ‘box’ but the quality appears excellent and hopefully its extended use will make the cost worth it. A little softer than the ones at the gym but am used to it now and it’s used in some way during every workout.

Compared to a plain wooden ply box this seemed expensive. But it is well worth it, I'm very glad I spent the extra money. I use it in martial arts classes and the kids absolutely love using it. They get excited as soon as they see it's out.

Item is incredibly difficult to move around due to the lack of handles. Because it's so hard to carry, I dropped it and the zipper breaks. I tried moving it again and drop it and the cover rips. Instead of replacing the item customer service has instead told me to buy a new cover. Mate that is unsatisfactory. A box jump should be built to be resilient or at least have handles. One of the few poorly designed MiraFit products and disappointed with the product overall. Only buy if you don't plan to move the box anywhere as it can rip

We are sorry we have been unable to resolve this for you. When you contacted us, you explained the box was damaged by you doing tyre flip style exercises with it. The box is not designed for this. We are happy to send you a replacement cover but would advise against doing tyre flips with it especially if you are on a hard or rough floor.

Our members love this box. It helps the people who are nervous about box jumps a lot
So can’t fault the product, only small detail that could be improved is it’s very heavy and large to carry so some handles would make the product even better
