The Team
Our in-house authors are made up of a team of creators from a diverse range of fitness and sports backgrounds. These include runners, PT’s, strength and conditioning experts and home gym advocates which helps us to create interesting, authoritative, and factual content to help others along their fitness journey. We hope to inspire and motivate others to get moving at home or in the gym, try a new movement or piece of equipment, or learn how to get more from the exercises they are doing already.
We want to offer inspiration and advice to those starting their fitness and strength training journey, improve performance of those already on it, and encouragement and diversity to those at the top of their respective fields.
