The Quick Release Pull Up Bar is 32mm thick, and provides a quick, tool-free install and removal process. It secures into into the holes on the uprights with pins, so can be installed at a multitude of heights for a variety of exercises.

Gymnastics Rings

When using the Gymnastics Rings in conjunction with a pull up bar, you can perform pull ups, dips, and other calisthenic exercises. There are two different lengths (7.5ft and 14ft), with two different handle diameters (1.1” and 1.25”) available, to help accommodate different hand sizes.

Ball Pull Up Grips

The Ball Pull Up Grips are available in a 75mm and 120mm diameter, and secure around a Pull Up Bar. Great for climbers, they provide a fun way to test your grip. Perform hangs, pull-ups and other exercises.

Roller J-Cups

Roller J-Cups allow you to move your barbell side-to-side before starting a set, to ensure you can easily set up for the perfect un-rack every time, while reducing damage and scratching to equipment. Perfect for squats and bench.

Standard J-Cups

Standard J-Cups provide a resting place for your barbell between sets. These are included with the M3 Power Rack, but it is always worth having spares!

Sandwich J-Cups

Sandwich J-Cups have increased clearance, making them a great option for easier racking and un-racking on heavy squatting and benching movements.

Flip Down Spotters

Flip Down Spotters are easier to install and remove than pin/pipe spotters, ideal if you want to use your rack for calisthenics exercises.

Safety Straps

Safety Straps greatly reduce noise and risk of damage to your barbell or rack from drops should you miss your lift compared to metal Spotter Arms. You can even set each end of the strap at different heights, allowing the bar to roll away from your head during a failed bench press.

Dumbbell Holders

The M3 Dumbbell Holders attach to the uprights of the rack and provide a convenient and safe place for you to rack, un-rack and rest your dumbbells between sets. They can be placed at any height, making them comfortable for all.

Single Leg Squat Roller

This Single Leg Squat Roller provides a stable, comfortable base for performing single leg squats. It doubles up as a leg restraint for use when performing lat pulldowns, to keep you grounded.
