Barbell and Weight bars

Explore our bar selection to ensure you have everything you need to build your customised workouts, as well as build muscle and undertake strength training. Our adjustable dumbbell bars come in both standard 1" and Olympic 2" sizes. With knurled handles, they are easy to grip and keep hold of.

Our barbells have been expertly designed to really take the weight of your workout. Within our weightlifting barbell sets range, you’ll find a range of sizes starting from 4ft barbells. If you want a bar that works with your power rack then you will want to look at our 6ft international barbells or 7ft barbells.

As well as straight bars, we have a wide range of specialty bars for weight training. Our EZ curl bars are great for helping you target your arms without straining your wrists. Our thick grip and axle bars have a 5cm diameter allowing you to work on your grip and forearm strength which is essential for anyone who is serious about lifting.

Take the pressure off with our safety squat bars which are padded and give you a neutral grip while doing squats, they also help your centre of gravity, which aids form whilst squatting. Our swiss bars have multiple grips and are great for shoulder pressing as well as bicep curls and benching. Our tricep bars allow you to maintain a consistent form while you train and target your triceps like no other. Great for skull crushers as well as chest presses and hammer curls.

Our hex shrug bars are not only great for helping you to focus your traps and shoulders but you can also do deadlifts with them. As well as specialty bars we have a full range of women's Olympic bars which have a slimmer shaft but can handle just as much weight as the 7ft Olympic bars and are also suitable for use with full-size power racks and squat racks as well as Olympic weightlifting.

Our 6ft international weight bars are perfect for anyone who needs to save on space while working with a rack. These bars have shorter sleeves but are still able to fit on to our racks. Our farmers walk handles range includes mini farmers walk handles which are exceptionally useful for improving your functional fitness and grip strength.

Grab a pair of our quick release or spring collars. We also have spinlock bars which are threaded so you can spin the collars on and off. Studio fitness lovers will enjoy our weighted body bars which are padded for a more comfortable grip. And of course, we have all the accessories to go along side your bars such as bumper plates and weight benches.
